Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm or split shift (6am-9am & 4pm-9pm)
SUMMARY: Home Manager assists with managing the house operations and daily activities of adult with developmental disabilities living in an intermediate care facility. Under the direction of the QIDP/Administrator, the Home Manager ensures that the active treatment program of each resident is carried through daily, completes all pertinent record keeping and written documentation as it relates to resident and house matters, and provides training to all staff working in the home. The Home Manager assists residents with living skills development, health maintenance and medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development. Home Manager serves as the home’s liaison to families, administration, and the resident’s day program staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associates Degree is preferred.
6 months+ experience with special needs / developmental disabilities.
-Driver’s License for 3+ years required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
-Must be willing to drive an 8-passanger van.
-Authorized to work in the United States.
