Bilingual Case Manager

JFCS is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven, bilingual individual to join our new Refugee Resettlement team as a Bilingual Case Manager. You must be fluent in English as well as either Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Russian or Ukrainian. You will provide assistance to newly arrived refugees by
securing airport arrival logistics and housing; helping arrange access to transportation, benefits, medical care, education; and providing financial literacy tools, and cultural orientation. All refugee resettlement services are provided in a linguistically and culturally appropriate manner and are conducted in compliance with our federal and state contracts. Timeliness, accuracy, attention to detail and diligence in service delivery and case-noting will be critical to your success. You are a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and flexibility, who possesses quick critical thinking skills and the ability to identify creative solutions to complex challenges.
